Manoranjan CIC developed a support programme to assist individuals seeking employment or self-employment, through offering free advice and training.
We collaborated with Mums Aloud and delivered sessions focusing on: creating digital CVs, communication skills, interview techniques, how to start your own business, budgeting and also business planning.
We are thankful to WEA for making this project possible through ESF (European Social Fund) Community Grants for their support to the Onwards & Upwards! Project. We look forward to progressing onto Phase 2 of the project, which will be centred around the creative industries.
